Who am I ?

As a consultant and trainer in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), I specialize in empowerment strategies, social transformation, and change management. I develop approaches rooted in dialogue, empowerment, and sustainable social transformation.
With a Master’s degree in Gender Studies from SOAS University of London, a double MBA in Management and Economics from University of Rennes and Poznań University of Economics, as well as a Master’s degree in French and Francophone Literature and Cultures, I support public and private organizations, territorial public institutions, associations, cooperation and international development programmes, and cultural institutions in integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion frameworks into their practices and governance.
Working fluently in four languages : English, French, Spanish, and Polish, I thrive in multicultural environments where I create spaces for cooperation, mutual understanding, and lasting change.
I have worked, piloted, and co-created activities across diverse contexts, among others in Poland, France, Spain, Martinique, Algeria, Togo, Burundi, DRC, Rwanda, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Malawi, Senegal, Benin, Niger, Mali, and South Africa.
My approach
My methodology is grounded in co-creation, active listening, and the mobilization of collective intelligence. I design work and learning environments where every individual feels empowered to contribute, challenge, and grow. I describe this approach as “careformative change”, a model in which traditional notions of performance are reimagined through the lens of care, collaboration, and collective well-being.
Utilizing participatory and interactive methods, I support individuals and organizations through structured reflection, meaningful dialogue, and lasting change. I prioritize lived experience, creativity, and collaborative dynamics to drive tangible improvements that are grounded in real-world operational needs.
